How to Request Account Deletion

📱 In the App (Recommended)
Open the ZaraTopup app, then go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Follow the on-screen confirmation steps. Your request will be processed immediately.2
📧 By Email
Send an email from your registered email address to privacy@zaratopup.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request”. Include your registered email address so we can verify your identity.3
💬 Via Support
Contact our support team through the Contact page and request account deletion. Please have your registered email address ready for identity verification.What Happens After Deletion
✅ Permanently Deleted
- Your profile and account credentials
- Personal identifiers (name, email, phone)
- In-app chat messages and support history
- Wallet balance (non-recoverable)
- Notification preferences and settings
📋 May Be Retained
- Completed transaction and payment records
- Data required for legal or tax compliance
- Fraud-prevention and security records
Retained data is kept only as long as required by law, then permanently deleted.
Timeline: Deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days of verification. You will receive a confirmation email when your account has been deleted.
