ZaraTopup provides digital top-up services including mobile recharge, gaming credits, and wallet management. We act as a reseller of digital products and codes. All sales are final once a code or credit has been delivered to your account.

4. Payments and Refunds

• All payments are processed securely via our payment partners.
• Wallet top-ups are non-refundable once confirmed.
• If a delivered code is invalid, please contact support within 24 hours with proof. We will investigate and, where verified, provide a replacement or credit at our discretion.
• ZaraTopup reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud and refund the wallet balance.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse promotional systems, spin wheels, or referral programs.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Platform.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our services.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, text, and software, is owned by ZaraTopup or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

ZaraTopup is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including losses due to third-party service outages or delivery delays caused by game publishers.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
